About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Co-Founder who brings both capital investment and leadership expertise to help scale the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, finance, and long-term strategic growth, with a strong network across enterprise brands and the investor ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Direction
- Co-own and define the company’s vision, roadmap, and growth strategy
- Work closely with the founding team to prioritize initiatives and market positioning
- Bring insights on market trends, competition, and scaling opportunities
2. Finance & Business Planning
- Oversee financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics
- Ensure financial discipline and sustainable growth practices
- Collaborate on pricing strategies, revenue models, and profitability planning
3. Investment & Fundraising
- Lead fundraising efforts across seed, Series A, and beyond
- Build and maintain relationships with VCs, angel investors, and institutional partners
- Prepare investor materials, financial models, and pitch strategies
- Represent the company in investor meetings and negotiations

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B partnerships, enterprise sales, or strategic alliances
- Strong background in finance, investment banking, venture capital, or startup fundraising
- Existing network with brands and/or investors is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute at a high level
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to invest capital and take ownership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
