Introduction

This Reselling Permission Agreement outlines the terms under which Brands can grant permission to Resellers to sell their products through the Shopdibz platform. By enabling reselling in the Shopdibz panel, Brands agree to the following terms to facilitate a seamless and mutually beneficial partnership with Resellers.

1. Grant of Permission

• Permission to Resell: By enabling the reselling feature in the Shopdibz panel, Brands grant permission for registered Resellers to resell their products exclusively through the Shopdibz platform.
• Scope of Authority: This permission includes the right for Resellers to share images and promotional materials related to the Brand's products for the sole purpose of resale.

2. Reseller Obligations

• Compliance with Brand Guidelines: Resellers must adhere to the Brand’s marketing and branding guidelines, ensuring that all representations of the Brand’s products are accurate and align with the Brand’s image.
• Authorized Sales Channels: Resellers are authorized to sell Brand products only through the Shopdibz platform. Any sales conducted outside of this platform are unauthorized.

3. Commission Structure

• Reseller Commissions: The Brand acknowledges that Resellers will earn commissions on each sale made through Shopdibz. The specific commission structure will be outlined in the Reseller’s account settings.
• Impact on Brand Profits: The Brand's profits will not be adversely affected by Reseller commissions. The cut will solely come from the selling price established by the Reseller.

4. Brand Responsibilities

• Product Information: Brands are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, pricing, and images, in the Shopdibz panel.
• Support and Communication: Brands agree to provide necessary support and communicate any changes regarding product availability or pricing to Resellers promptly.

5. Termination of Permission

• Withdrawal of Permission: Brands retain the right to withdraw permission for Resellers to sell their products at any time. Notification must be provided to the Reseller through the Shopdibz platform, after which the Reseller must cease all promotional activities related to the Brand.
• Breach of Terms: Any violation of this agreement by Resellers may lead to immediate revocation of their permission to sell the Brand’s products.

6. Modifications to the Agreement

Shopdibz reserves the right to modify this Reselling Permission Agreement at any time. Brands will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Shopdibz platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
