Registering an account and opening a store with Shopdibz is free of cost. Our commission rates starts at 0% to a maximum of just 4.5% (Varies with categories and store levels) and involves no hidden cost which is way lower than other platforms. Below, you can see the deductions applicable for a successful order.

NO CANCELLATION FEES

Shopdibz doesn't charge penalty for late shipments or order cancellations. Only criteria is to notify customers in a timely manner in case of order related issues. Also, maintaining a low cancellation rate helps in better store performance and increased selling.

ZERO PENALTY ON RETURNS

At Shopdibz there is no penalty on return orders. A part of return shipping fee should be borne by the store/seller in case of returns arising from reasons mentioned in returns & refund policy.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shopdibz Offers 2 Modes Of Shipping - Self Ship & Assisted Shipping.

Self Ship - No Shipping Fee Will Be Charged To Seller. Seller Takes Care Of Shipping And Update The Order Status Through Seller Hub To Notify Customers & Shopdibz.

Assisted Shipping - A Fee Will be Deducted For Shipping & Delivery Which Starts At Just Rs.25/500gm. Shopdibz takes care of shipping and pickup will be scheduled accordingly. Sellers should download the label & Manifest from the seller hub.

Rates Varies With Weight, Item & Distance. As the shops level up and gather more points, rates will be further subsidised.

PAYMENT CYCLE

Payments will be initiated for every order on the 7th day after the product has been delivered to the customer after deducting the fees. All payments, both pending and settled can be viewed in seller hub.
