Shopdibz Affiliate Program Agreement and Guidelines
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Shopdibz Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By joining the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have a website, blog, social media channel, or other online platform with a relevant audience for Shopdibz products.
- You cannot be a competitor of Shopdibz or sell counterfeit products.
- Shopdibz reserves the right to decline any application for any reason.
2. Program Benefits:
- Earn a commission of 50% on the profit earned by Shopdibz for each qualified sale generated through your unique affiliate link or referral code.
- Access to a variety of marketing materials, including banners, product feeds, and text links.
- Real-time performance tracking through our affiliate dashboard.
- Timely payouts via your preferred method (details provided separately).
3. Responsibilities of the Affiliate:
- Promote Shopdibz products through your chosen channels using the provided affiliate or direct links.
- Clearly disclose your relationship with Shopdibz as an affiliate whenever promoting their products.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online advertising and marketing.
- Maintain a website or platform that is free from offensive or illegal content.
- Drive high-quality traffic to Shopdibz.
4. Prohibited Activities:
- Spamming or using unsolicited emails to promote Shopdibz products.
- Making misleading or deceptive statements about Shopdibz or its products.
- Using incentivized traffic, such as offering discounts or rewards for clicking on affiliate links (unless pre-approved by Shopdibz).
- Placing affiliate links on websites or platforms with content that is violent, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Using cookie stuffing or other fraudulent methods to generate clicks or sales.
- Promoting Shopdibz products through PPC (pay-per-click) advertising campaigns using Shopdibz brand terms (unless pre-approved by Shopdibz).
5. Termination:
Shopdibz reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of this Agreement, inactivity, or poor performance.
6. Payment:
- Commissions are earned on completed sales, after any returns or refunds are processed.
- The minimum payout threshold is Rs. 100. Payments are transferred to your Shopdibz Wallet and can be redeemed, or as specified, via your preferred payment method.
- Shopdibz reserves the right to withhold payment for suspected fraudulent activity.
7. Disclaimer:
Shopdibz is not responsible for any content published on your website or platform. You are solely responsible for the content and functionality of your website.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
9. Changes to the Agreement:
Shopdibz reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify Affiliates of any changes by posting the revised Agreement on the Shopdibz website. Continued participation in the Program after the revised Agreement is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
